RSS Overload

Lately, I've been adding a lot of new feeds to my RSS reader. It's making it hard to keep up. Currently, I have over 3,000 articles to skim over. I think I'm going to cut back on a lot of my subscriptions. I love being up to date on the latest news, but I'm starting to notice that I check my feeds less when I feel overwhelmed.

It's just an observation.

Time to Move On

I've been such a strong supporter of Hillary Clinton. I voted for her, I respect her, and I think her presidency would rival the greatness of Franklin Roosevelt. That said, I'm ready to support Barack Obama. I think it's time for her to drop out.

Obama has a lot of work ahead of him. Many of my friends are die-hard Clinton supporters (like me). They are going to walk away from this defeat a little bitter, a little disappointed, and in need of a reminder why Democrats must be united. I think Obama can supply this. He certainly is an agent of change and unity.

I look forward to a day when America is once again peaceful, financially secure, and respected around the world (Unfortunately we lack all three of these).

P.S. Hillary would make a great vice-president

Only in Vegas...

Only in Vegas can you see what Paris would be like in American hands... The glitz and glam of a casino next to a faux french building topped with a painted sky ceiling is a typical site. Vegas takes what is special throughout time and history and produces a shoddy copy topped off with a casino inside... The thing is... I think this is about as close to Paris as many of these tourist will get.

I had fun anyways, even though I don't gamble.
